NExT (National Exit Test) is the new licensing exam for MBBS graduates — both Indian and foreign — from 2025 onwards. It replaces FMGE for foreign medical graduates.
JEE Main is the entry exam for NITs, IIITs, and other govt colleges. Top ~2.5 lakh JEE Main qualifiers are eligible for JEE Advanced, which is the entry exam for IITs.

Yes. J&K CET is a separate state-level entrance exam for engineering and other programmes within J&K. Your JEE score can also be used for J&K state counselling.
